My experience in Egypt

My experience in Africa until this year (2019), it is only in the northeastern part of the African continent, because in this first trip my journey was from Athens, Greece to Cairo, Egypt; passing the island Mykonos, Istanbul, Jordan, Israel to end in Cairo.

Cairo is the capital of Egypt, which is officially called the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian culture is not only interesting for its ancient history, ancient monuments, food and people; but because it is in the midst of the so-called Arab conflict, whose center is located more towards the Middle East.

Definitely a country, which like some other, It is required to visit several times, read about its history, geography in the past and today, religion, Current political ideologies; among others.

The Grand Egyptian Museum is currently being moved a few kilometers from its current location. This new museum will open its doors in the year 2020, and it is projected to be the largest museum of archeology in the world, in 50 hectares of land. A reason to return!

Places visited: Pyramids of Giza, Cairo Egyptian Museum and Khan El Khalili market, Nile river, among the most important.
